We had the pleasure of attending the finale of the Soho Beach House’s “Everything Basel Week” with an awe inspiring DJ set from world-acclaimed producer, Dallas Austin. He even shared the stage with an impromptu DJ who is all of 3 years old!
Soho Beach House – a private members club, hotel and spa located on the historic site of the Sovereign Hotel – hosted a series of musical events during Art Basel week right on the beach in a cool, chabby-chic tent. Austin’s high-energy set had all the attendees vibing and, when combined with idyllic scenery, a memorable experience was born!

Soho Beach House’s “Everything Basel Week” featured Style Saves, Inc., a non-profit organization that was co-founded by a group of young professionals who sought to help underprivileged students in the South Florida area “dress for success.” After working in the fashion industry for several years, celebrity fashion stylist Rachael Russell felt inspired to form a non-profit charity which would enable those less fortunate to experience the physical positiveness that comes from wearing new and beautiful apparel and accessories. Specifically, Rachael aspired to help underprivileged students feel as self-confidant as the models and celebrities she dresses. With the help of her closest friends, publicist Jeffrey Rodrigue and fashion sales-director Maxie Villanueva, Style Saves was formed.
In the end, the Soho Beach House experience was a great way to close out our end a jam-packed week of Art Basel activities.
