Video: Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg at Coachella 2012

Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg closed out this year’s Coachella festival as if it were 1995 again. They kicked off their set “The Next Episode” and ran through other hits like “Gin & Juice,” “Nuthin’ but a G Thang” and “Deep Cover.” They also brought out special guests Kendrick Lamar (“The Recipe”), Wiz Khalifa (“Young, Wild & Free”), 50 Cent & Tony Yayo (“What Up Gangsta,” “P.I.M.P. (Remix)” and “In Da Club) and Eminem (“Forgot About Dre” and “Til I Collapse”). Kurupt and Warren G were there as well to perform “Ain’t No Fun” as a tribute to late Nate Dogg. And of course, the surprise performance: a life-like holograph of the late Tupac Shakur, performing “Hail Mary” and “2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted.” I mean, I was just streaming it from home, but the technology looked unreal! I can’t even imagine how the people who saw it in real life felt. Crazy. Let’s just hope the technology doesn’t get abused.  Check the performance after the jump
